KC Game Day - July10th at 31st Century Games

Ok, so I've finally touched base with Joe at 31st Century.

He's saying that July 10th (Saturday) is open, and would be a good day to consider.

Thoughts? If there is a decent enough agreement that that would be a good day, then I'll have him book it.

You guys might try A to Z in Blue Springs as well. There's a side room there that would make a good gaming area, as well as several tables in the middle. There are card games held there a lot, but the owner may be open to some role-playing games as well.

I'm in Lawrence, and I'd love to go.

It'll depend on my schedule, though--rehersals for the Kansas City Renaissance Festival have started, and sometimes that requires a Saturday out at the Festival Site for me...I'll know closer to the actual date.

If I can make it though, I'll show.

The store opens at 11:00, but Joe said he'd be willing to open earlier if there was demand for it.

But, I think he stays open fairly late, like 10:00, I think. So, it would still be a decently full day of gaming regardless.

Anyone else? I would like to get a head count of folks. I need to let Joe know if its a go or not. I'd also like to be able to tell him approximately how many. I'm not sure I want to go through the trouble if there is going to be 5 people show up!

I need to work up a flyer as well.

At the current moment, I've definately got 2 people coming including myself, and possibly anywhere up to 7 or 8 total.

Stuck in Bremerton Washington... I really wish I could make it Curtis but not this year... Next year if it’s late enough I should be able to make it.
