One of my DND group owns a chain of comic and game stores. They received an advance copy of H1 on Tuesday or Wednesday. I'm excited to get my copy at next week's game, but its just a module with some game rule excerpts, and is obviously in the hands of hundreds of people already, so don't get too freaked out if someone drops some spoilers on you.
