Kendo in Blood and Fist

It was my pleasure to help, and the idea behind Blood and Terror looks pretty interesting; thats the kind of material I like for my games. I think its for a group of PC to crush a gang of terrorist or two ;)

I don't like the FX-type of game, but I do like the idea of Ki, but more à la Street Fighter (2v).

Good day,
Frankto

I prefer Low FX or No FX also, and I'm glad others have responded to that style of d20 Modern book from me :)

After Blood and Terror I will be doing something with more FX, but I will return to the Blood and Guts books again after that (I need a break from all this research as much as anything- I feel like Im in college again lol).

I'm curious now... what kind of research does that require? Where do you get that information you need? Books, internet, or other people?

Edit: I have also given some thought to making a modern-OA add-on to Blood and Fists. Is this something a lot of folks would like to see?

What do you have in mind, exactly?

"Big Trouble in Little China"? "Kung Fu: The Legend Continues"?

Just classes mostly- Yakuza, Samurai, Ninja- I hadnt given it a ton of thought- but mostly information on modern classes for oriental characters and information on campaigning in the modern orient.

Hmm. I think that has potential.

[I'm riffing on that idea in the "Hidden Masters" thread. Come and see.]

I don't think making so many classes is such a good idea. I mean, a Yakuza can be a spy, a bodyguard, a thug, or even a diplomat. And a samurai, there are so many fighting style that I'd create a class similar to Martial Arts Master, but for swordsman/other - or even keep Martial Arts Master, both would work pretty well. As for the ninja, it definitely needs a class of its own.

But hey, thats just me!

Good day,
