Ki strike (holy)?

Sorry if this's been brought up before, but:

The exalted feat Holy Ki Strike requires ki strike (holy)... A feature the monk does not seem to have. Or anyone else for that matter. Is there an entry somewhere in some book about monks picking (good) or (evil) instead of (lawful) for their ki strike ability, or... what?

Book of Exalted Deeds has Sanctify Ki Strike and Holy Ki Strike. It gives +1 or +1d4 and +2d6 unarmed damage respectively against evil creatures.

I'm well aware of those feats as they basically are the reason I'm asking. How do you get ki strike (holy)? The Holy Ki Strike feat requires that...

Sanctify Ki Strike gives the ability to deal damage as a good-aligned weapon, doesn't it? I'd say that's what it means.

Why the redundance in requirements, then? Both ki strike (holy) and Sanctify Ki Strike? Seems to me like the designer had something else in mind...

I can't seem to find the book, but I remember there are a few feats in Oriental Adventures that may help you with that. Have you checked it out yet?

Even the OA does not contain a holy Ki Strike. It is probably a mistake.
Maybe the meant Ki Strike (lawful) (isn`t that the first Ki Strike Ability anyway?) So it would be there to ensure you actually have a few monk levels before taking it. (Not that a non-monk would really benefit from the feat)

There seem to be situations in the BoED where it refers to DR 10/unholy (i.e. p56 "Blessing of the Glittering Heaven: ... and damage reduction 10/unholy") instead of what I assumed was always DR 10/evil. Could these be typoes?
