Kingmaker - Round Robin GM Possible?

As you can already tell from the nature of KM, it's not the easiest to run.
Being of Sandbox design, player driven story, and old school hexploration can be challenging for the best GM!
To answer you question, I'd say yes. But it would have to be the 'right' kind of players who can overlook hindsight type information from GM role back to player. You will find things out! You might want to try playing passing the PC. (Sharing the same character throughout the adventure path) That will ease the burden of character creation (or advancement) and story fudging to explain why 'so n so' is gone and now 'so an so' is in their place.
Playing this way might make any already challenging run go quickly off the charts! Be ready to make abrupt changes in light of the experiment failing! Don't let it ruin the entire AP, take it back and see it to the end! You don't want to miss finishing this story!

Thanks Azmyth for the reply! Loved the Kindmaker episode, by the way, really helpful actually.
My original thought was that each of us take one and we play PbP. After I posted a list of "oh hell no!" ideas popped into my head. Then I read your resp and it confirmed some of them even though I appreciate your possitive support for trying it.
I think if one was going to do a round-robin type of thing, it could work with mini/side quests, but my original thought would be asking A LOT out of everyone in the group. Too easy to step on toes and this defeats the purpose of getting together. The hexploartion, which is a real pull to this AP, would be a nightmare.
Gamine life is hard enough without messing with it. lol
