What are you asking about? I don't understand the correlation between the skill and "misc/armor" bonus.

Misc. Armor bonus is used for unusual boneses normally given by magic items or spells. It is only found on the standard character sheet and I'm guessing that is where you are looking. I wouldn't worry about it until you start buying equipment.

BTW, a druid with only 4 "ranks" in K: nature is unusual. It sounds like this is your max as a 1st level character. At 13th, you'll likely have far more. (13+3 = 16 if you choose to max out)
