But will KOTOR run on my system ... smoothly?

256 MB RAM (RIMM)
GeForce FX 5200 SE 256 MB (installed in a 4x AGP slot)*
SoundBlaster Live! Card

3) There are added features,
such as an extra world to visit,
in the PC version.
That's only in the PC version? I have it for Xbox and a friend has it for the PC. He told me about that, and I started a new game, thinking I didn't talk to the right people.

I will add this to the mix.

The PC version can be patched. The same can't be said for the Xbox version. I ran into a set of nasty bugs on my Xbox that caused the game to freeze. Fortunately, KotOR has great error handling, so the game was able to return me to a point near where the bug occurred. Nonetheless, it's a little scary to have the screen go completely black.

I also hope that there's no time dependant secrets, because according to my Xbox, it took me nearly three million hours to complete the game.

According to several reviews I read, It's only in the PC version. It's not a big loss, because it's a small one,
It's only a space station with one guy and a small plot, not a big place,
, but it is fun.

I wouldn't have known it was NOT there, except for reviews. I assumed it was that way in both, until I read it.

But nothing makes up the foggy pictures on NTSC resolution, for me. I actually cleaned my glasses the first time I played the Xbox version, thinking it was just me. :D

My friend said
that he got some really good gear that helped to win the game...it was expensive, but worth it
. Might have to get the PC version just to see. *sigh*

Ohhhh, yeaaaahhh. :D If you do it, just remember to keep tabs on it consistently up till the end, because there are stages of progression. I'll say no more.
