Everything that is in the website (except for the color map and (obviously!) all the stuff in Feedback and Meta sections) is in the pdf. Some minor things have been adapted, but essentially what you see is what you get.
It comes with a 9-page map, which covers the essential areas. The map on the website is huge - 100 web pages, to be precise - and is in full color, so you can always go there and print out the sections you want. Alternatively, you can buy a pdf of the atlas. Each page is indexed, so you can locate any place you want with ease.
