In the end, it looks pretty neat, but it's going to create some nasty MAD for a lot of (what I think are) the more interesting combinations.
Thanks for the info. I guess this is my biggest beef with 4e. Unless you have at least a 16, more likely 18-20 in your main stat, your character isn't going to hit enough to be effective. It really hurts the playability of non-optimized race/class combos. I mean dwarf rogues are one of my favourite combos, but now they are much less effective than many other races. Anyways I'm way off topic. I like 4e, just not that part of it (oh yeah and XXX expertise, should be retconned in, just like dragonborn & tieflings
