La for certain monster

I don't know if this should be here or in D&D rules, but here it is.

Does anyone know what the Level Adjustment for a wemic is. The only stats that I see for one is in the 3.0 monsters of Faerun. I have a friend who wants to play one and we are going to create Savage Species levels for it.
