If I get near a microphone in the near future, I'll record it for you and post it here in a zip file.

A little more nitpicking - usually, dragons are nigh-unto immortal creatures; would they really need words for life and death, considering they themselves don't experience it? Just a thought.

Also, it might not be a bad idea to look at gender roles in draconic - some languages are genderless (e.g., Hungarian has only one "third person" article -as opposed to three in English, "he, she, it") and in that case "mother" would be the same as "father."
They don't experience life and death? If I would be an immortal killing machine, I would surely know that these two things are out there because I witness them a lot. Maybe I would refer them to the "Up- and Downstream of the Grand Circle", because of the deeper insight in the things.

And thinking about the gender thing: It could be so... Maybe only as bound morphemes for male and female, if the sex matters. Most of the time are in German the females included, even if the male version of the word is used. (Yes, in German you could tell, if a "doctor" is male or not.) Another question: Are in Hungarian words for man and woman?

I wrote this one earlier:
Vegokh: dead (abbreviation of Ve'agokh: not running)
It isn't like I didn't notice this - but for me is "dead" not "death". It is a central concept, so it would probably monosyllabic. This doesn't invalidate your "Vegokh" - "dead" as "not running" could be originated from the battle aspect, where you don't want someone moving for a too long time. There can be surely synonyms, too, unless I have a reason to rule them out.

Draconic Language Word Generator

Here is an excell spreadsheet I created that generates random words in the style of the Draconic Language article in the Draconomicon.

Hit the "F9" function key to randomly generate a whole new page of words.

The lettter frequency of the words is based on the article.

Click the instructions tab if you want some tips on how to use the spreadsheet to generate words. By changing the letter frequency tables you could just as easily generate random words for your Drow or Elven or Dwarven language.

I know of those two pages in the Draconomicon, but it is my goal to have a language, which is not random. Thus this sheet isn't useful for me.

After talking to my helper, I don't need new vocabulary for the next step. So one thing is left to do: Thank you all!

Still I've been thinking about, what the Sigil said - how culture influences the language. Is there on the net already a good resource to look up? On the langmaker webpage I've seen only a word list.
