Laptops at the gaming table.

I think I would be paranoid about having a laptop on the table in front of many gamers who have lots of pop and other drinks sitting right in front of them at the table, and are reaching for books/dice constantly.

My laptop goes on the table behind the one used for books, papers, and pop when I do bring it. I'm not risking what happended to that other guy's DMG happening to my computer!

Well, I don' have a laptop yet, so that's why I don't use one. But I do game right next to my desktop, and use that a little (though it can be a bit annoying to have to turn to the computer to do something that's just as fast or fatser to do manually).
