Then again, if you read Power Attack, page 98 phb 3.5, it says specifically that you CAN indeed use power attack on unarmed and natural weapon attacks.

I made a wrestling style prestige class which I have somewhere at home on word. It was fun - grapple bonuses, wrestling manoeuvres like throws and I think I threw in Improved Grab. Needs 3.5ing however.
