Yes, he does, because it did make contact, but failed to damage Drek because of Drek's armor. If it missed completely, I would not consider that interaction. Sorry about not catching that before.

Heh - lousy fake! Drek moves to 85N 10E then fires at the goon in 65N 35E.

Drek rolls a 7, missing. The one at 65N30E charges to 80N15E, and hits (rolled 15+2=17 for charge), but Drek realizes it is fake (rolled 14 on Will save), so takes no damage. The real one stumbles up to 85N15E. The third moves up to 80N10E.

Drek withdraws, taking a double-moves to 115N 15E (first step is to 90N 5E then looping around to avoid any AoO).
