LE vs. N: Lawful Evil Victorious!

Cloret the Green Tyrant enters the arena, and majestically soars to 60n35e10z (well, it's more majestic on the displays in the gallery when the zoom actually makes the wee dusky-green fellow look more initimidating). He readies his 'breath of death' in case some lesser being is silly enough to come into range.

Round 350: A beautiful woman with elf's ears and long green hair and sparkling green eyes comes into the arena to 0N115E, wielding a dagger. Cloret recognizes her as a hamadryad, and knows that cold iron is needed to damage her fully (DR cold iron).

Cold Iron...or a skin blistering acid bath!! Cloret moves to 40n 115e 15z (facing south) and starts working up a big goober.

She runs to 100N15E. (Just a reminder: there is a thick cloud centered at 15N25E, with a 20 foot radius and 20 feet high.)

OOC: sigh...i get a wee dragon, and this thing has 40' movement. Here's hoping I can cut a corner.

Cloret moves to 50n75e15z facing NW, and readies and action to breath on the running fiend if she comes into range.

Cloret, a very angry little tyrant at this point, moves to 100n 100e 10z and breathes like an angry dragon choking on acidic bile...and, you know, having to spit it out.

Edit: movement [nw,n,ne x6, n]

Edit Edit: reading comprehension never ceases to pay-off. So far, I've erased my first post because (a) they fly 100', not 60' and (b) it's 20' cone, not a 15' cone. Imagine the tactics if ever interpret this stuff the first time around. :o

She is not affected by the cloud (just kidding). She does, however dodge it somewhat (Ref save 24), taking only 2 points of damage, leaving her with 25 HP. Cloret can breathe again in round 356.

Round 353: She runs to 115N0E.

With a truly evil, um, giggle (he's pretty small...) Cloret does some loop de loops, vaguely in her direction.
(not sure if compression is on the menu yet, but if so: use move actions to stay within 80' of her, double-move it required, so that whenever the breath weapon returns he can just cruise in a 15z and blast away.)

Round 356: After being breathed on again, she realizes that it is hopeless, and flees out of the arena. Cloret can breathe again in round 360, and is at 100N10E northbound.

Round 357: A dark yellow mass of protoplasm glorps into the arena to 60N110E.
Should I just time compress until there is something that is either: immune to Cloret's acid; can actually affect Cloret in some way; or can effectively keep away from Cloret's breath?
