In the hopes of compressing: C.D. will do flyby attack bites (would C.D. have 10' reach with his bite and get AoO on Eager when he approaches?) while trying to put at least 60' between himself and Eager, and replacing the bite with the breath weapon whenever he can.

First in round 538 for Lawful Evil is Jalnur the very young blue dragon (Draconomicon). She has the following feats: Flyby Attack, Hover, Improved Initiative, and Lightning Reflexes. She has no knowledge skills.

OOC: ok, need a reference - I skimmed yesterday, and I thought a dragon was one size bigger for it's bite attack, so a medium dragon would be large (which is why a small dragon has 5' reach with it's bite) or am I out to lunch on the "long vs. tall" thing?

Jalnur, happy to see a competing dragon drop, but p.o.'d that this bird has the audacity to kill a dragon, will take up where C.D. left off, but with longer range on the breath fly-by's due to the line vs. cone.

C'mon, ugulu, wake up and smell the 3.5 coffee.

Check out the Dragon Space/Reach table. A medium dragon still only has 5ft reach. A Large dragon has 10ft reach with his bite only. The Tiny dragon (not small) also has reach with his bite, but those are exceptions. There's no general rule of being considered one size category larger.

PS. I can't believe I just saw an eagle kill a dragon.

Yeah, but it was a legendary eagle.

Round 538: Jalnur breathes, and Eager takes 6 electrical damage. Eager is dying. Jalnur can breathe again in round 542, and is at 90N60E30Z.

A large scorpion made out of strange metallic alloy scuttles into the arena to 90N80E. Jalnur notices that the scorpion's stinger crackles with electrical energy.
