Leadership

The leadership feat in the DMG states that great prestige grants a +2 leadership modifier to one's leadership score.

1)The ethran feat conveys a +2 charisma skill modifier when the character interacts with Rasheemi. Would this count as "great prestige?"

2) The hathran prestige class description and the Rasheemen regional description speak of the eminence that the hathrans enjoy in Rasheemen. Would a hathran qualify for "great prestige" when interacting with Rasheemi?

Any thoughts welcome.

1.) depends ...

2.) depends...

I'd say yes if the character in question is raising followers and a cohort that are from rasheman and are familiar with the character.

I'd say no if the character is outside of her/his home land and no one really knows of her/him.

I'd say yes for the cohor it s/he is outside the homeland but a fellow citizen recognizes her/him ... wow, I never though "Coming to America" would be used for a DnD reference, but when Eddie Murphy's character met the fellow citizen from *whereever* and that person went all *ohmygoditstheprince!!*

I'd say no to both question. That in its self should not be enough. It should be easier to achieve when these things apply, but the character still has to do something to earn the great prestige.
