Leap attack + Catfolk pounce

Very quick question: a catfolk fighter has the Leap Attack feat and the Catfolk Pounce feat. For example, he is using a falchion (two handed), and does a Leap Attack at a flatfooted opponent - is he entitled to his full number of attacks, including iterative attacks? How about extra attacks from a Haste spell? And do all attacks get damage equal to x3 the Power Attack number?

Catfolk Pounce said:
You can rush unaware foes and deliver several attacks before they have a chance to respond.

Prerequisite: Catfolk, Dex 13.
Benefit: If you use the charge action against a flat-footed opponent, you can make a full attack at the end of a charge.
Special: A catfolk fighter may select Catfolk Pounce as a bonus feat.
Leap Attack said:
You can combine a powerful charge and a mighty leap into one devastating attack.

Prerequisite: Jump 8 ranks, Power Attack.
Benefit: You can combine a jump with a charge against an opponent. If you cover at least 10 feet of horizontal distance with your jump, and you end your jump in a square from which you threaten your target, you can double the extra damage dealt by your use of the Power Attack feat. If you use this tactic with a two-handed weapon, you instead triple the extra damage from Power Attack.
This attack must follow all the normal rules for using the Jump skill and for making a charge, except that you ignore rough terrain in any squares you jump over.

Yes, the pounce is a full attack, so all iteratives, secondary natural weapons, haste effect, flurrying, two weapon fighting, snap kick, and any other things that give you more attacks could be used. All of them would take the PA penalty to attacks and 3x that penalty on damage (if it's a two-handed weapon. unarmed strikes, primary natural weapons, and one handed weapons would do x2, secondary natural weapons (I think?) and off hand attacks would take the penalty for NO benefit.)
