Learning to Map in Photoshop...

I've just started using photoshop 7.0 and would really like to learn to use it to map out the central town for my campaign. I've got basic line drawing down, and I've learned how to use the grid feature a little, but ...

It's not ready to be used yet. I'm hoping I can drop a couple of questions here and there and get some help. I'll start with ...

1) Can I make arched lines? Like quarter circles, etc.?

2) Can I make wavy lines by picking waypoints?

3) Can I change the size of the grid?
