So, I see that LEB is about to relive out of his ash. I even see people in the Inn. I suppose it is old character that will be converted to LEB 4th. Am I wrong or there is still a few things to plan before the 4th edition?

Also, I had 3 lvl3 character in the old LEB, but I have no interest to play them. I suppose I can retire them and start with new characters using the rules of retirement. Am I right on that? (I don't like anymore the concept of my old character, and would not fit well the 4th edition anyway).

Sorry, I just don't have the time or will to read all this thread :p

Quick kudos for DEFCON1 for making our first non-me edit to the wiki: the Setting page, were he fixed one of my probably many typos (this one was a copy/paste error, at least).

I'm watching you stonegod! Always watching! Any time you feel eyes on the back of your head, that's me! Having yanked out my eyes, covered them in rubber cement, and then stuck them on your head. Gross yes... but symbolic nonetheless!

Mostly done, but there a few things.

Nope, retirement is for currently characters only. Since we will likely be allowing characters to start anywhere between 1st and 4th level, you wouldn't gain anything anyway. Just start afresh.

I do believe the three judges (save sg) have voted the same, in favour of all proposals except keeping Reaper's Touch Shadar-Kai only, which they all indicated to leave as is.

I believe the character submission guidelines need to be drawn up as well as the template for submission on the wiki (not sure if using the same as L4W)

Hmm, actually, right now we're still undecided on the proposal delay (I think ukingsken is for one month after DDI, Evo is for two weeks, and I'm undecided although I'm leaning towards two weeks for the selfish reason that I'm going to probably want Divine Power when making my character). Also, the reward system hasn't passed, because I didn't understand it. But now I do, so yes to that.

Heh, no, it's one to one, with one (me) currently conflicted. If I vote for two weeks, then it's probably just because I want Divine Power and I'm impatient. If I vote for a month, then it's probably just because I don't want to seem self-serving. What I'd like to do is vote for whichever one I think is the better choice, but from an objective standpoint, I don't feel strongly either way.

I'll probably end up voting for whichever stonegod goes for, just to speed things up.

I'd be happy with two weeks to start a proposal. At worst if you think something might be iffy, you can always say you'll postpone voting on it to see how things shakes out in the boards for a week or two. At best, you already know how you'd vote so the extra 2 weeks wouldn't make a difference.
