What does

mean? Is it an additional 2 points if they score a hit or +2 on to-hit rolls?

The Knight - Knight's Warhorse

This table only goes up to level 8 (at least in the printer friendly version). Does it only go that high, even though the class goes up to 20?

Divine Grace

I'm assuming the answer is 'No, they dont' stack', but I want to be sure.

Both Noble and White Knight have Divine Grace. Do they stack?

In the equipment table, it lists Dmg (S) and Dmg (M). Are those damage to small and medium-size creatures, or something else entirely?

Why does an average horse have a higher likelihood (1d6-3) of having traits over a noble steed (1d6-4)?

Hermit/Priest spells

For the Hermit/Priest spells, the 0 level spells are only marked as Priest. The rest are Hermit/Priest. Is it safe to assume that this is a typo? Or can Hermits not cast 0 level spells?

Inflict Serious Wounds

This is on the Hermit/Priest list twice, both as a 3rd and a 7th level spell. I assume that the 7th level is supposed to be Inflict Serious Wounds, Mass?

And then Inflict Serious Wounds, Mass at 8th level should be Inflict Critical Wounds, Mass?

1. +2 damage on a successful attack

2. The table ends there. After horse and rider have been together 8 levels, the horse stops improving.

3. No they don't stack

4. This is a 3.5-ism, and is the damage of the weapon sized for a small user, and the damage of the weapon sized for a medium user. In other words, you will use the medium column for damage, unless your GM is allowing you to play halflings.
