Legion of Sentinels, Mass Whelm

First Post
Legion of Sentinels - at what bonus do the Sentinels make their attacks of opportunity? I found the damage in the spell list (1d8+1/3 levels), but couldn't find the BAB.

Whelm, Mass - does it have an area of effect, or is it just any elligibile target within spell range?

Thanks - T

For Legion of Sentinels, the BAB is equal to the CL, which I was informed of when I asked the same question... but I do not remember the reference which determined that (I believe it was from someone who contacted WotC Customer Service on the topic).

The other spell has not come up for me yet, so no idea.

Hi!

It sounds like the caster elects the targets as s/he sees fit. As a DM, I might nerf that mechanism after an application of that spell against a dozen creatures. Furthermore, there is no resistance to nonlethal damage.

Kind regards

It feels to me like a spell that really should be defined by an area of effect, like Confusion or Slow...

It does sound pretty good in some situations, although I'd expect a 12th level caster to come up with something better.

Off the top of my head; Regeneration, Warforged, Trollkin (Iron Kingdoms).
