Winterhaven - End of Urval/Fang battle
Tarrk the wily Minotaur contrives to roll Urval over. There is a length of rope tied around the ogre's mid-section, and when he is rolled over, the heroes see that this rope is binding a small shield to the Ogre's body. It is not in a useful position for adding to his defense, so just what is going on there is not immediately clear. He also has a sack tied at his waist that is now exposed.

Ahh, the shield....
When Tarrk lifts the shield he notices that there is a "pocket" on the back of the shield - on the side facing someone who is weilding the shield. Poking out of the "pocket" slightly is a piece of parchment. And the shield is of exceptionally fine craftsmanship!
