OK folks:

I was having a hard time picturing Greyhawk without Cuthbert and Heironeous, so...

Here is a list of Greyhawk deities, with what I believe is a good fit in terms of game mechanics for the Pathfinder equivalent you can use. So, if Leif, esq., approves, one could look up the PF god you like for stats, then Google the crap out of the Greyhawk equivalent for the flavor. Or conversely, for those rpgers, pick your GH deity based on flavor, and look up the stats on the PF core book. Some are duplicated, but *shrugs*

St Cuthbert = Irori (change weapon to club)
Pholtus = Abadar
Heironeous = Iomedae
Ehlonna = Erastil
Pelor = Sarenrae
Rao = Abadar
Moradin = Torag (dwarves)
Corellon = Calistria (elves, change weapon to longsword, chaotic good)
Tritherion = Cayden Cailean

Celestian = Desna
Farlaghn = Desna
Istus = Pharasma
Obad-hai = Gozreh
Boccob = Nethys
Olidammara = Shelyn
Kord = Gorum

Hextor = Rovagug
Tharizdun = Zon Kuthon
Iuz = Asmodeus
Erythnul = Norgorber
Incabulos = Urgathoa
Nerull = Zon Kuthon
Ralishaz = Lamashtu
Wastri = (Calistria, but evil)

Let me know what you think!!!!

HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA

Apparently a Behr or a Lidden map.

Well played, Sir! Don't worry about me nitpicking the map, though, I know squat aboug Greyhawk geography. I even misspelled Greyhawk earlier.

@Helfdan , I have a name for my elven ranger that flows how I like and sounds like it could be a lesser noble family. Dior Targarin. I didn't realize the surname sounded so much like the Targaryen family name in the Game of Thrones books but I like it too much to walk away from it. Now I have to name my wolf, but that will come a little easier, and flesh out my background. Also great job on the conversion of PF deities to a very good/close alternative.

Devarnish is NOT on the TSR Greyhawk map, and the reference below has been changed. (To Veluna City.)

Yeah, but when you're right, you're right!

I noted it in the RG but just to be clear it appears Hraln, Sozin, Johann, and Ero will all be travelling together at the beginning.

THANKS Helfdan! This is AWESOME!! I had originally intended to check and see if the Pathfinder deities had any correspondence to Greyhawk deities, but I decided that they probably didn't, so I abandoned the idea. Looks like that was a mistake, huh?

Allright, Sozin's background (as much as I care to actually write) is finished! Yay! RG post edited. Also, I confirm what Kaodi said about the four of our characters already together at the start. I incorporated a very vague-y reference to this in my background.
