Well, I've played a couple of PF society scenarios online thanks to Mowgli. But I didn't know the group was something separate *embarrassment*

Yeah, LPF is a whole different entity. It's a living world, and we used some of the PFS conventions to help us work out how to keep the characters persistent and level from adventure to adventure. But it works quite differently.

We've made our own world, and it's very much open to user contributions. We've got a panel of seven (maybe five? Can't remember, even though I'm one of them . . .) judges that review proposals for different rules, new contributions to the world, and submitted adventures.

We use the fast progression table for XP rather than the PFS one, and there's a time based XP and GP component any time your character is actively adventuring so leveling goes a bit faster than is typical in PbP.

Do not mind me. I tend to make a tonne of extra characters for many of the games I am in. Though I have to wonder if the ones with intelligent items would theoretically be inappropriate since that is going to be Lou's schtick.
