Hey! I hired a bunch of sub contractors. I still have to go into the attic to inspect their work. I learned to move my hands before my feet while in the attic. That way when the feet touch the wrong place, the hands can support you until the foot is moved to a more stable position.

I am an experienced attic crawling electrician. In Lou's defense, I still have slipped and stepped through ceilings twice.
I use a 3 point contact method: only move a hand or a foot/leg at any given time. seat it well, then the next movement. that ensures 3 points of contact at any given time.

We have had a hole in the ceiling of our garage for I do not know how long where my Dad went through. He was lucky enough to be able to hold himself up, but it was pretty close I think. I was still just a kid back then. On the bright side the hole allowed us to use the garage like an attic. I hope you mend well and quickly, Lou.

This seems like a common story. I fell through the ceiling over our garage a few years back . . . luckily each of my arms ended up over a joist and I ended up with no more than some nasty scratches and bruises. If I'd fallen through I'd have landed on our push mower, and probably broken an ankle or leg.

@Lou is one of a [quite large] number of the players in this game that it is my great good fortune to number amongst my dearest friends. Lou is a very busy Patent Attorney IRL, and so allowances will be made if he finds himself too busy to post now and then. I should have been paying closer attention and NPCed Dontrius for him. We'll give him just a bit longer, and then I will do that.

Is Lou kicking patent troll ass? Yay!

Also, if anyone feels like they need some healing during a fight, just make note of it in your post. I'm not tracking anybody's HP/MaxHP but my own.

Sorry man, there was a legit out of character question amongst my ramblings. Is there room for me to get in a 20' radius spell on the worm without hitting any of my companions or the Knight and his retainers?
