The Vault of Larin Karr! -- Entering the Hall of Eyes

As the cat-like Relós advances through the Hall of Eyes nothing happens for a moment, and then: POOF! Appearing in the middle of the passage 10 feet fro the western end is an apparition of a dark elf dressed in a black robe with a short sword at his side. The apparition does not move or speak, it merely watches the Wizards and Relós.

OOC: Actions?

 

[Maidhc O Casain]

Relós stops in his tracks as the apparition appears right in front of him.

{Ummm, Manny?}
{Yeah, buddy, I see him. Just hold still for a sec.}

Manny makes his way to the front of the group, stopping just next to Kerlan.

"Well, hello there! You may be just the person we've come to see! Are you the owner of this fine residence?"

The Dark Elf only looks imperiously into the distance and does not deign to respond to the Brownie. (Or his little 'cat-dog' too, my pretty! )

 

[KerlanRayne]

Curious, but wary, Kerlan steps forward. If nothing happens once he is standing in front of the 'apparition' then Kerlan tries waving his hand through it.

 

[Leif]

The grim Dark Elf figure remains stoic and singularly disinterested in Kerlan's doings, allowing the young wizard to approach him undeterred.

OOC: Kerlan still sure he wants to proceed?

OOC: Yes. He has a theory and is testing it out.

Kerlan's hand passes harmlessly through the Dark elf's head doing no harm to either. The expression on the Dark Elf's face does not change.

Kerlan sighs with relief and turns back to the others. "As I thought. It's just an illusion. Harmless." Kerlan turns back to the illusion and says, "Hello Larin Karr. It's nice to finally see you. I hope you don't mind if we take a look around." Kerlan then takes a good look around the room, seeing if there is any other doors in the room. Or anything else unusual, besides the walls seemingly staring back at them.

Kerlan sighs with relief and turns back to the others. "As I thought. It's just an illusion. Harmless." Kerlan turns back to the illusion and says, "Hello Larin Karr. It's nice to finally see you. I hope you don't mind if we take a look around." Kerlan then takes a good look around the room, seeing if there is any other doors in the room. Or anything else unusual, besides the walls seemingly staring back at them.

The only thing Kerlan sees is four walls full of eyes looking back ar him. The only doors are the ones that the Wizards entered through.
