I think it should apply to any item creation feat that is known by the character.
I can't find this in the PF rules. From what I see it still says 1 day per spell scribed on a scroll. It actually seems MORE restrictive because 3.5 seems to say it's one day per 1,000gp worth of scroll, which may have more than one spell on it. PF says you can't scribe more than one spell a day, period.Item creation in PF is streamlined and rather easy if you have the pre reqs.
For scribe scroll you can create a low level one everyday as long as you have the spell, the cash, and 2 hours free time (like before or after marching for the day).
Ah, that was my problem. I was looking at the SRD under creating magic items. I didn't look at the feat entry. Yes, I see now that it says 2 hours. So that means a 1st level spell up to CL 10 or a 2nd level spell up to CL 5.Under the feat Scribe Scroll (pg. 132 CORE) it states:
Benefit: You can create a scroll of any spell that you know. Scribing a scroll takes 2 hours if it's base price is 250 gp or less, otherwise scribing a scroll takes 1 day for each 1,000 gp in its base price.
Ruling: Ok, let's simplify things -- forget what I said before about 3.5 spells, etc. applying wholesale. We'll stick with PF rules only. If you want a 3.5 spell then that will be decided on a case by case basis. (spell by spell, that is.)Hey these were just questions. It's not really a problem. The question about Alter Self was in response to your statement about keeping '3.5 Spells'. I didn't know exactly what that meant. It seems you meant any spells that aren't altered by Pathfinder rules. If Alter Self gets nerfed, that's fine. As to the Magical Artisan feat, I just thought that since the rules changed, maybe the feat could too. As I said, the Extraordinary Artisan feat from Eberron reduces the GP cost of crafting anything, not just one type.
I was sure that I had UM, but I can't seem to locate it at this minute. So I guess we'd better keep Ultimate Magic on hold until I have a chance to find it and take a look at it. So for now let's stick with the Pathfinder Core Volume and APG.hrm, Ultamate magic is listed as pariphial and specifically not core. I glanced at many spells in that section and they are not even finished yet. are you sure of the UM?
