Wow, a Brownie is 1 HD and LA +0? That's amazing. I thought that If a race only had 1 HD then it was replaced if they took any class levels? Where did you find the Brownie stats anyway?

Not exactly. Pathfinder did away with level adjustments. Or changed them. Or something.

Manny's first level is a racial level in Brownie. Basically the same as the old LA +1. That's why he's only a 5th level Summoner while the rest of you are 6th level Wizards (many of you, anyway).

The Pathfinder rules - well, more like suggestions - for using monsters as PC races can be found in the Pathfinder Bestiary on pgs 313-314. Brownie stats are in the Bestiary II on pg. 49.

Hmmm. It looks like we'll have to roll a Spellcraft check whenever we want to create a magic item. Can we take 10 on that check?

Cool, I just saw that you can also skip a prerequisite by adding +5 to the DC for each one skipped. This is very nice.

Also. I've looked over some of the character sheets and I've noticed a few things. Fran's Steeldance spell is listed as having an attack bonus of +2. It's supposed to be CL + INT which means 6 + 4 = 10. That's alot bettter. You also add your INT to damage. Which makes it 1d8 + 4. Concentration checks are made with a bonus of CL + INT. This means that Fran's should be 6 (CL) + 4 (INT) + 2 (Trait) = +12. Finally, what languages does she know? With +4 INT and 6 ranks of Linguistics, that means Common, Elven, and 10 other languages.

OK, I see my error on Steeldance. It is a great spell for wizards against ranged attackers.
