Lesser Restoration and Bestow Curse

Lesser restoration dispels any magical effects reducing one of the subject’s ability scores

Can Lesser Restoration therefore dispel Bestow Curse if it's been used to reduce an ability score by -6? How about Ray of Enfeeblement?

No to Bestow Curse, says I, because the spell text says it "cannot be dispelled". Other spells, such as Wish, "remove" it.I can't see why it shouldn't work on Ray of Enfeeblement though.
