Since we are dealing with the Upper Planes, wouldn't it be Planar Bandits? An all Dwarven party hanging out on the streets of Sigil who are carrying a map of the Upper Planes.

A planar adventure that is a take on the movie Time Bandits would be cool. However, I am more of a player than a narrator.

Sure, maybe you can do something else on your second trip to Sigil, but everyone does a heist there on their first trip, right?
