Ok, here's a few more possibilities:

Complete Idiot - with prestige classes like Blooming Idiot - for druid/ranger types
Complete Fool - for jester-style bards and rogues :)

For me, it will be "Complete Waste of Time," but I think the name

Complete Finesse

would be mroe descriptive. After all, thieves, Bards, and Experts don't accomplish things by brute force or power - use of skills and spells means that FINESSE is what best describes what they do.

To me, complete scoundrel is too limiting, because bards aren't necessarily scoundrels, and neither are rogues who specialize in more mercantile paths; Experts could be anything from box-men to blacksmiths and from janitors to jewelers, so any title that connotes theivery, stealth, or such is a misnomer.

That's me take, anyway.
