Level adjustments for giants and titans?

Do cloud giants, storm giants and titans have a level adjustment?

It has a dash in the monster manual (contrast this to the kobold's +0).

Presumably they should have them - to use the extreme example, a 20 HD titan has strength 43 and constitution 39!

However, is it officially (or unofficially) calculated somewhere?

LA's aren't listed when that LA would set the creature to ECL 21+ as the base rules don't account for Epic Levels.

As a Titan already has 20HD, even an LA of +1 means you'd need to be in an Epic game to play one, hence no LA is listed.

If you do want to play a Titan in an epic game, you should check out Upper Krust's epic rules and use those to estimate the LA.
