OOC: I would've chosen +20 PA if I could, but I thought 1d20 would be the most objective choice. Glad you rolled a 20. 
Round 239
Max flees to 10n110e, squeezing against the north side of the Big Tree.
Omega Supreme flies to 100n100e40z and bumps into the wall of force trying to get out. It's possible he stalls because even though he has wingover, I don't think he'll go towards Penguin.
Aesther moves to 105n45e and breathes a cone of icy cold on Penguin, trying to remind him of his home in Antarctica.
Round 240
Optimus Prime flies around the solid fog to 30n100e and cowers there, banging his claws futilely on the wall.
Round 239

Max remains squeezed (unfortunately for him) and discusses military history with the tree.
Omega Supreme turns toward Penguin, moving if necessary, and breathes a line of force at the chaos dragon. If a swim action fails to extract him from the water completely (due to the aforementioned sinking), he can still breathe if Penguin is visible through whatever remains of the water. Omega will move as far as possible toward Penguin in a move action (to breathe). If he cannot get far enough to breathe, he'll still move as far as possible to get to Penguin.
Aesther does something.

Optimus Prime turns to Max and rips him apart with 4+1d20 PA.

OOC: Without chaos dragons, CE would not have had a chance. Chaos dragons, indirectly, are the only ones to have had any significant effect. If you sub in a gem dragon for CN (and maybe CG) I vote we ban chaos dragons from here on out.

Hey, if CN gets gem dragons, LN wants them, too. LN was not happy to have rust dragons as their only age category dragons. 
I just realized that you meant for the rest of TBoAA I, not for future editions of TBoAA. Are there any 3.5 updates of gem dragons that also use the Expanded Psionics Handbook? There were none when TBoAA started.

I didn't notice that Omega Supreme was above the water - I put him at 80N instead of 100N.
The water should cause less falling damage - 4 instead of 16. He has 292 hp left.
Omega Supreme sinks to -30Z, but swims back to the surface (-10Z) last round. His head is above water. The center of the western edge of the partial cloud is now at 100N90E, but OS is unaffected.
Round 240: OS makes a climb check to get on the ground at 95N100E. He breathes at Penguin.
Penguin dodges (35+2 Ref save) and takes 55. He has 463 hp left.
Round 241: OP hits Max six times for a total of 126+49-30. Max has 256 hp left.

Penguin flies south, then curls around under the western edge of the Victory Zone roof, concentrates, then lands at 90N50E before backing up to 80N40E.[sblock]Before Penguin lands, but after he is under the roof, he uses mislead. The dragon at 80N40E is the illusion, which Penguin is concentrating on. Penguin lands at 100N50E, then backs up to 100N40E. Omega Supreme can detect the true Penguin, but he might be too confused to communicate that to the others.[/sblock]
