I already posted Uri's move in the spoiler block above. Offal might hear some talking, but otherwise does not see what Uri does. It is Offal's move, although he might notice something different when he comes out of the fog which might affect what he does.

We're backing up to Offal's turn in round 254. If Uri notices something, he can take his turn over in round 255. Otherwise we'll let Uri know when he take his turn in round 256. Offal needs to be in the VZ by that time.

To PJSlavner: What you missed may be an important rule at some other point (perhaps for NE). When using alternate form or wild shape or something and changing size, your new position must be close to the center of your old position. I tried to get Offal to escape the acid fog by moving so that one square was outside the fog and then turning into something that is Small.
