Round 177: Optimus blocks a probe into his brain (36+5 Will).
Then he ignores Snuggles' whispering (35+5 Will).
Only now does Snuggles attempt to concentrate and succeeds (33 Concentration). Optimus ignores whatever he was concentrating on (32 CL check).
LM & Co. finish round 177 and start round 178.
LM & Co.:[sblock]St. Stephen wants to attack Max in round 177.[/sblock]

Optimus Prime comments, "Eh? Can ye speak up a little, ye sorry excuse for a sorrowsworn demon? That certainly was a whole lotta nothin', wasn't it?"
Lady Mariangela does nothing.
St. Stephen appears at 75n5e20z, charging Maximus Rex with his greatsword. As far as I understand, he does not lose his knowledge of the target, so he will not bother with a smite or any power attack. He knows he needs all the attack bonus he can get. After the attack, he'll put up his protective aura. Note that Maximus Rex sees him coming. He also has a longer natural reach and therefore will likely try something on his attack of opportunity, will he provoke an AoO in return from St. Stephen, if he tries to grapple? MR will be 15ft away at the time while St. Stephen has only 10ft reach. The counterargument on this is that St. Stephen could attack MR's arms or some such. If an AoO would be provoked, he doesn't do it.
Let's see what happens with that before continuing.
[sblock] LM actually delays, telepathically communicating to Sonja to cure. When Sonja is ready, LM will lower her SR and accept some healing. [/sblock]

Max calls out, "Can anyone get rid of the confusion on this guy? Sheesh!"
St. Patrick responds, "A heal spell is the only solution. It's from a supernatural ability, so none of the dispelling methods will work."
Max grunts and flies away, provoking an attack from St. Stephen. Whether that hit or not, Max will land at 35n85e and tail slap Snuggles with +12 on power attack.
Assuming Snuggles is not dead yet, Optimus Prime flaps around to 45n45e50z heading north and breathes a line of force at the demon. That should finish him.
Summary of Positions:
St. Stephen: hovering at 75n5e20z
St. Patrick: hovering at 10n105e65z
Lady Mariangela: hovering at 0n20e40z
Sonja: 80n65e40z, standing atop the victory zone roof
Optimus Prime: flying north at 45n45e50z
Omega Supreme: standing at 5n55e

Optimus Prime breathes and Snuggles does not dodge (16 Ref save). He takes 82 and survives the massive damage (24 Fort save).
Tenacious Snuggles has 10 hp left.

St. Patrick decides not to put that massive glaive to the test and drops a holy smite on Tenacious Snuggles. If that is successful, he flies to the victory zone roof at 90n70e40z and lands.
