Golden Boy heals up to 144 HP. He flies up to 30N30E30Z, and says in Draconic, "Why don't you save yourself the trouble of this silly battle and leave the arena?" Perkus ignores the idea (CL check 24).

C1 points at Perkus again and hits him with another acid arrow. Perkus takes a total of 8 points of acid damage from the two arrows. C1 moves through the wall of blades to 35N85E.

C2 concentrates, while an arrow of acid strikes Perkus from 90N70E for 5 points of acid damage. The thing Perkus detects there moves to the north out of range of Perkus's blindsense. Perkus has 208 HP remaining.

C1 hits Perkus with another acid arrow (rolled 36-4=32 ranged touch). Perkus takes 19 points of damage from the three arrows. C1 moves to 0N75E.

C2 still concentrates. An acid arrow comes from 110N90E (25 ranged touch). Perkus takes 8 points of damage from the two arrows. The thing at 110N90E moves to 70N110E.

Perkus has 151 HP remaining.

I was gonna comment, "Perkus CL is 24 (equal to his HD unless otherwise specified)." until I reread the true dragon spell-like ability section and realized his CL is 6th (adult age). Of course, that makes it impossible for Perkus to even take empower spell-like ability for searing light in the first place. Given the fact that these things move through the blade barrier without a care, I don't think that he will even bother in the future with the spell-like abilities at all (and I just realized that dragon's spell-like abilities are pretty useless at high-levels).

Sorry about that. I did not notice the "-2" in the "can only select a spell with a level less than or equal to half its caster level -2".

Perkus's real feat is Ability Focus (breath). Golden Boy still would have dodged the breath.
