Lightening Arc Feat - Warden

The Warden At-will Tempest Storm has lightening key word.

The feat above says that if i crit with a lightening power, then an enemy within 10 squares takes equal damage.

Has this been nerfed at all, seems too powerful.
Especially with a Jagged Weapon.

You've misread the feat's text. You're not dealing crit damage twice.

When you score a critical hit with a power that has the lightning keyword, you can choose to treat the attack as a normal hit instead of a critical hit. If you do, choose another target within 10 squares of the original target that was not already targeted or affected by the power. That target takes damage equal to the damage dealt to the original target.

Bold emphasis mine.

It's also a paragon feat, and does require you to first roll a crit before you even get to make a decision, so it's not like you're going to run around blowing up whole encounters with it.
