Lightly Armored Cleric

There are two spells from Heroes of Battle that allow you to go without armor, but are also widely considered a tad too powerful.

I have Heroes of Battle in my hands now but can't find spells you are mentioning. The only 2nd-level cleric spell added in this book is Rsounding Voice. And 4th-level spells are Animate Legion, Battlefield Illumination & Early Twilight. Am I missing something?
