Limited Collector's Campaign edition - Refund inbound see last post

You are probably wondering like what ?
If you purchased the Limited Collector's Campaign edition , you paid 20.00 above the normal difference to get those 4 other copies Head Start Access.

The cost difference to upgrade from Digital Deluxe for a Single to the Collector's edition is 180.00 for the Campaign edition it was 200.00

The only difference was that the 4 copies you got in the campaign edition now received Head Start access.

Guess what, it is free, and there is no difference in the 4 copies access then any pre-order. And they are not getting full head start access only you are.

So now what ?

Go to your original order and select support. Issue a ticket and ask for a 20.00 credit, a copy of the game, or a refund.

As below I have already contacted them and they are suppose to get back to me on a resolution. I just wanted to make everyone else aware who ordered the 350.00 version of the game.

They charged extra in the price to grant all 5 copies of the Limited Collectors Edition Campaign bundle Head Start Access. They forgot to issue the access in Steam to the other 4 copies, then filtered out the access by who had design counsel access or the individual who purchased the Limited bundle (single or campaign). If you review the Head start access you will see that Design Counsel Members get early access to the Campaign and had access last weekend. The access was advertised as "You and the 4 others in the campaign bundle will get early access to the game before everyone else"

The upgrade difference between Digital Deluxe and the Limited edition was 20.00 more in the Campaign bundle that included the 4 other copies of the game. The 20.00 was to grant them the SAME head start access as the purchaser.

The 4 copies did not receive the same access, yet you were charged a premium for it. They gave the same access to all pre orders, which included the 4 friends you paid for in the bundle.

They did get back to me and confirm the discrepancy, I am updating the Title of this post if I can, since they are looking to resolve the issue.

If you ordered the Limited Collector's edition Campaign bundle or LCCE for short message me or reply to this forum so that I can keep you up to date on their response.

Sorry for the delay in follow up. We are investigating a couple of ways to address this and should have a decision by tomorrow. Thanks again for pointing out the inconsistency to us. I’m not sure how it slipped through the cracks, but it was never our intention.

If you aren’t aware we clarified on Saturday that all keys in the 5 packs would get head start access beginning this weekend. So I think we’ve already covered your suggested solution. Let me know if I misunderstand you.
