I'm hoping to have a few up for sale. I was a little late in ordering them from my distributor, but I did order a few. I'm not even sure how many I can get from them if they give me any.

I'd like one for myself of course. It'll work out perfectly if I can get one. Because we're finishing up the last part of the Dead Gods adventure and I would love it if I can set that dang mini up on the table just as they are about to grab the Wand of Orcus

My understanding is that its about 1 per store, and ONLY if your store hosts D&D Encounters. Furthermore, I've heard it is presented to the store with a plaque (spelling?) on it with the stores name basically making just about impossible to get. Which really PISSES me off. I have supported every other mini put out and I can't get this one...
I don't know. I've ordered from a German store that looks more online store than FLGS.
They do mention it's limited, but I ordered no problem.

I just had an idea for the Orcus megafig. A raffle for charity. Something like that would probably generate a healthy sale of tickets. Hmmm... gears turning (how to get the FLGS to bite on this)

I hope I'm wrong... My local store's owner, who I happen to be friends with, looked into this and the reply we got was basically that the store had to be involved with D&D Encounters to get it and even then the store would only get one.

I've been trying to find a site that had some official statement to this because I am sure I read it somewhere but I can't seem to find it.

I really HATE that there isn't once source for info from WotC. Now you need to go to Twitter, the web site, etc to get all the info these days....

At any rate, I am going to get my local store to look into this again.

But just a question - Has ANYONE actually been informed that it is being shipped to them or otherwise have more confirmation other than the fact that they are saying they have it ordered? As we all know, ordering something and actually having a figure to send to a customer are two seperate things, particularly when info on this figure seems to be pretty sporadic.

I want this thing so bad!
