Linda said that WotC had something ready to release in the 4th that included a list of singers to the OGL 1.1.

They either didn’t get any signers or didn’t get enough of them.

Here’s to hoping it was none. I cannot imagine anyone would think the terms of 1.1 were a good idea.

Given WotC seems to be on like OGL 8.743a_final_finalfinal.docx at this point internally (even though I'm sure they'll style it as OGL 2.0 or something when it lands), I imagine if anyone had signed WotC pretty much had to let them go. Though I suspect it's more likely just no-one signed.
