The lede on that piece reads:
Swift fan organizing gets the goods! Dungeons & Dragons planned to change how independent content creators could monetize their D&D-related work, but backlash caused the Hasbro-owned company to change the controversial plan.
Wait... Is this... I mean... Does Taylor Swift play D&D, too? Has she unleashed her legions of Swifties upon Hasbro??
Turns out, no. That first line, in fact, does not mean what I initially thought it meant. 😅

If Taylor Swift comes off the bench, everyone else should just surrender.

I also have a hard time picturing anyone who did sign not trying to get out of it at this point.
Given WotC seems to be on like OGL 8.743a_final_finalfinal.docx at this point internally (even though I'm sure they'll style it as OGL 2.0 or something when it lands), I imagine if anyone had signed WotC pretty much had to let them go. Though I suspect it's more likely just no-one signed.
