Lionheart - anyone playing it?

It looked promising, but i hear it's a disapointment.

Anyone got some first hand feedback?

Well, there's a demo available...and I played that. I liked the 20 minutes or so that the demo offers. And character creation has hundreds of different possibilities.

I only discovered yesterday they had a playable demo. But it's 150 megs and you have to get it from gamespy, which means us dial ups will have to start it before bed and see what happens in the morning.

I haven't heard anything about the game, regarding good or bad, but I suspect people will be comparing it to Fallout and BG/IWD simply because, which is probably unfair.

No first hand experience, but second-hand feedback via the Atari and BIS boards is almost all negative. Here's a thread that discusses it (from the ToEE boards) where some folks with first-hand knowledge comment.

I had planned to post the link on BIS's forums, but they have new boards so my username expired and the new validation system is retarded. I'm sure I typed the correct letters in, but after 3 tries I gave up.
