As far as I know that is right. There just aren't any 1st level potions that I know of.

You create a potion of your level or lower. The ritual’s component

Atanatotatos, yup in the errata it is down to level 1. There aren't currently any level 1 potions you could brew at that level yet, though I imagine that Dragon or the Adventurer's Trove will have some at some point. For now it just means you can take it amongst your 1st level rituals.

That does bring up an interesting question, what of errata? Are we including it automatically as it comes in from WotC? Are we reviewing it via the proposal mechanic?

LEB auto-applies errata. The only thing that requires proposals is new material (even non-core SRD stuff).

Incidently I am inclined to allow all errata, but post it, if we are permitted to, in the character creation thread so that those just using PHBs can see it. How much is there?
