You can get issues 2, 3, and 4 from the RPGA for five bucks American each. That covers shipping to anywhere in the US (they might add a little for people in other countries).

#0 and #1 are sold out. #5 never came out due to internal politics and production problems, but is slated to be printed soon and will be sent to all who were RPGA members at the time it was supposed to come out.
You've got to be a member of the RPGA to get the back issues, but since that only costs 5 dollars now, it'll probably _still_ be cheaper than going the eBay route.
