looking for 15th/16th level modules

A less-than-helpful suggestion.

Without a doubt the coolest high level module I've ever run was Talons of Night. Two drawbacks, though:

  1. It was written for oD&D, so you would have to convert it.
  2. There is a fair amount of politics going on. You'd have to change some names and fudge some details to make it work for your greyhawk based KoSFK game.

On the plus side, its got cool enemies, travel to exotic lands, politics, mystery, and really big spiders.

I was unimpressed by "Where Dark Elves Rule". It was a nice concept, but needed much more development in my view.

Of course, I'm a big fan of the mega module like Against the Giants or TOEE, and this wasn't a mega module.

Return to TOEE and City of the Spider Queen are my favorite high level adventures from WOTC. For non-WOTC stuff, I like some of Monte Cooks modules, the Demon Fane and his Dark Elf modules.

Where Dark Elves Rule from Bastion Press will fit your requirements.

Where Dark Elves Rule was intended to be the first of a trilogy that was more epic in nature. I still intend to finish the series but I'm waiting on a decent mass combat ruleset. Once I have that, the second one will have the players leading a rebellion against the city seen in the first module. The third part will have the players challenging a goddess and her source of power directly. I'll eventually get them both written in between my other assignments. :)

Gary Gygax also released a mega-module suitable for high-level 3e characters, Necropolis. It has some setting material for egypt type campaign within it as well, I think Merric has a review on D20 product page on this site.

You might want to check into The Lord of Iron Fortress before buying it. It's not very good as far as the adventure path modules go.

I DMed through it, and while the set-up was intriguing at times, the module left a bad taste to my players. Encounters with the same EL can be very easy or near-TPK, but I guess thats the fault of the system also.

For a much better high-level adventure I'd recommend the Harrowing, but if you had trouble with dark elves, it's probably not your cup of tea. I liked it, and the locales were better than in the LotIF.

Yes I too will second (third , fourth?) The Harrowing from dungeon ....it is really nice.....although I imagine it would be hard to work in with the knights of spellforge keep story....
