I usually recommend Great Canadian Miniatures for them but I'd calculate the exchange rate first now to make sure you're not losing money by paying in Canadian Dollars.

For cheap plastic dwarf minis, I recommend EM4 Miniatures. Considering they're only 20p (about 30c) each (or 15p/24c if you get a pack of 50), they're pretty well made. Don't forget to get some shields for them if you don't have some already.
