Looking for a particular atribute set on race

Looking for a Race

with roughly

+2STR +2DEX +2CON +2WIS

can have 0 or minus in INT and CHA

can be LA+1, but no racial HD if possible

If nothing comes close to that could potentially look for natural armor to replace DEX/CON

No racial HD, and only LA +1 for increasing all physical stats and the most important mental stat? No way. But here maybe a few things that might come close...

Draconic template (Draconomicon or Dragon Magic): +2 Str +2 Con +2 Cha, natural armor +1, LA +1

Bugbear: +4 Str +2 Dex +2 Con -2 Cha, NA +3, 3HD, LA +1

Varag (Monster Manual 4): +4 Str +4 Dex +2 Con -4 Int, NA +3, 3HD, LA +2

Centaur: +8 Str +4 Dex +4 Con -2 Int +2 Wis, NA +3, 4HD, LA +2

Azer: +2 Str +2 Dex +2 Con +2 Wis -2 Cha, NA +6, 2HD, LA +5

Lumi (MM3): +2 Str -2 Dex +4 Con +4 Wis, 2HD, LA +2

Satyr: +2 to all except Str, NA +4, 5HD, LA +2

That Draconic template sparked my interest although not sure if I'm reading it correctly.

For attributes it says increase from the Base Creature as follows.

Now using a Wood Elf as a base creature

+2STR +2DEX -2CON -2INT

then add teh dragon template

+2 Str +2 Con +2 Cha, natural armor +1, LA +1


Do I now arrive at an LA +1 that looks like
+4STR +2DEX +2CHA +1NatArm ?

The Litorian race from Ptolus has +2 str, +2 con, +2 dex, low-light vision and scent, for LA + 1.
No racial HD.

Apart from the -2 Int you forgot, you got it right.

3rd party source, and would frankly be worth +2 LA (mind you, the Draconic template too...). Scent is an awesome ability.

No way is litorian worth +2 LA. It's *barely* above what many +0 LA races have.
I didn't see any comment about no 3rd party sources. And besides, its monte cook, thats really what, 2nd party?

I don't have it in front of me, but you might be able to find those mods in the Savage Species Anthropomorphic Animals race section.

Most of the critters have a positive Wis mod, and as I recall, the Ape has bonuses to Dex & Str. It may be LA+2, though- some of its stat mods are hefty.

Some of the others, especially smaller ones have LAs of 0 or +1, and some don't have racial dice, either.
