The best western RPG ever IMO.

This is still the only RPG I can get my non-gamer brothers to play, they love it.

Northern Crown by Atlas Games might be worth a look too, which I believe is western. I haven't actually got it, so can't recommend or critisice it though.

I'd imagine there's Serenity too, since Firefly was a kind of sci-fi western, so if you wanted to go down that route it might be worth a look.

I'd use the incredibly good rules for Sidewinder: Recoiled, and maybe the setting from Deadlands. (I'm one of those guys who loves Deadlands' setting, but has issues with the rules.)

If you want something more like cowboys and laser pistols, Dawning Star has a western vibe.

An older d20 setting is Broncosaurus Rex. Think US Civil War soldiers + dinosaurs + another planet. Some of the dinosaurs are intelligent and can act as a place holder for natives.

Deadlands Reloaded is a great game. For those that used to play DL Classic, DLR uses a streamlined set of rules.

Yeah, it's not perfect, but it sure is fun!
